I love Anolon! This set was purchased to replace my previous Anolon set…after 13 years of everyday use! The coating on my original pans started flaking this spring…so of course I bought Anolon. This time I added the 12″ griddle pan. My little girl loves BIG pancakes and this pan is perfect.
I have had this set now for 2 years. I cook with them every day and there are virtually no scratches. I have a gas stove and they cook evenly and are very durable. I love the size of these pans. They are a bit heavy but I work around that. I have only used plastic or wooden utensils and I do wash them by hand. They are very easy clean up, if you wash right after use it makes it that much easier but if you don’t wash right after use, a little hot water and some soap will clean them right out.
